Shipping Policy – Kids Post
1. Dispatch Timeline (Post Payment):

After payment confirmation, your first edition will be delivered within 3 to 6 weeks, based on the next available print cycle.

This applies to all new subscriptions.

2. Monthly Dispatch:

After the first issue, future editions will be sent monthly.

Expect delivery within 7–10 working days from the dispatch date.

3. Shipping Charges:

Free shipping is available for all regular (standard) bookings within India.

If delivery is requested through Registered Post, additional charges will apply and will be collected directly from the subscriber.

4. Dispatch Notification:

You’ll receive an SMS or email once your magazine is shipped.

Tracking details will be shared where available.

5. Missed or Undelivered Issues:

If you do not receive your copy within 15 days of dispatch, please contact info@kidspost.in or call 800 10 800 97.

We’ll resolve the issue or re-dispatch the magazine if required.

6. Address Changes:

Please inform us of any change in your delivery address at least 15 days before the next dispatch date.

7. International Shipping:

For subscriptions outside India, please contact our customer care team at info@kidspost.in or call +91 800 10 800 97 for rates and delivery timelines.
