Refunds will be considered only if requested at least 30 days in advance before the start of the next subscription cycle.

This applies to multi-month or annual plans. No refunds will be provided for completed months/issues.

2. How to Request a Refund:

Email your request to info@kidspost.in with your subscription ID, name, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases:

No refunds will be issued:

If the refund request is made less than 30 days before the next cycle.

For monthly subscriptions after the first issue is dispatched.

In case of postal delays beyond our control.

4. Delivery Issues:

If your magazine is damaged, misprinted, or wrongly delivered, we will replace the issue at no extra cost.

If undelivered due to incorrect address or refusal to accept, re-dispatch will be done once only.
